Domestic Shipping

We offer priority mail (3–5 business days) to the United States. Additional shipping method are available at checkout.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9am to 2pm. All orders after 2pm will be processed next day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

If you place an order on a holiday that falls on a weekday, it will be processed on the following business day.

UPS $5.00 plus $.50 per item (2-4 days)

International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally! For the moment we ship to Caribbean countries and Canada:

Delivery by USPS: $29.50 Flat rate. Plus 8 dollars for extra items. Most orders arrive in 6 to 12 business day. Some Countries can take up to 30 days.Some Countries can take up to 30 days. Shoes will be delivered by your local post office.

Important Information about International Shipments

Delays in customs are common. Packages may take longer to reach international destinations than we estimate. Unfortunately we cannot control or prevent this type of delay.

Additionally, you may be responsible for import taxes or other customs fees. These fees are calculated by customs officials, and are difficult to estimate prior to shipment. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.

Make sure your address is correct and that someone will be there to sign for your package. If any package is undeliverable, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost, any additional custom fees, and the cost of returning shipments back to Maria Victoria LLC. This also applies to shipments refused by you at the door.

Due to carrier restrictions we cannot ship orders to: Burma, Central African Republic, Comoros, Cuba, Equatorial Guinea, Falkland Islands, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Johnston Island, Kiribati, North Korea, Myanmar, Nauru, Niue, Sao Tome and Principe, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, Saint Helena (South Atlantic), Sudan, Tajikistan, Tokelau, Tuvalu, and Wake Island.

All prices listed on our site are in U.S. dollars and charged in U.S. dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. If you're not completely happy with a purchase, just return it! You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund to the original payment method.

After the first 15 days, you still have 30 days from your order date to return for store credit.

Re:do Returns:

Customers now have the option to pay $3.98 at the time of purchase to later qualify for free unlimited returns on that order and shipping package protection.
If you did not purchase Re:do you can still use our return portal below and purchase return label. No return fee is deducted from your refund total!

Return or Exchange Steps:

Click here to start a return using your order ID and zip code
Select which items you would like to return and your preferred refund method
If you checked out with Re:do, your return is covered! Otherwise, you can purchase your label for a one-time fee.
Print your label and attach it to the top of the package, then drop it off at any USP location

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable
Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
We can not exchange more than 5 items per calendar year.

*Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed from the date we receive it. You can still shop while you wait for your refund to be issued. Refunds and store credit will be issued net of return costs when applicable. Unapproved items will be returned at your expense.
