Easy Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping at Maria Victoria.

If you're not completely happy with a purchase, just return it! You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund to the original payment method.

After the first 15 days, you still have 30 days from your order date to return for store credit.

Re:do Returns: 

  • Customers now have the option to pay $1.98 at the time of purchase to later qualify for free unlimited returns on that order and shipping package protection. If Re:do is selected, no return label or reshipping fees will be charged.
  • If you did not purchase Re:do, you can still use our return portal below and purchase a return label. Please note that the cost of the return label, as well as the shipping fee for any exchange or replacement order, will be charged to the customer.

Return or Exchange Steps:  

  1. Click here to start a return using your order ID and zip code

  2. Select which items you would like to return and your preferred refund method 

  3. If you checked out with Re:do, your return is covered! Otherwise, you can purchase your label for a one-time fee.

  4. Print your label and attach it to the top of the package, then drop it off at any UPS location 

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

  • Shipping and handling costs are not refundable

  • Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

  • We can not exchange more than 5 items per calendar year.

*Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed from the date we receive it. You can still shop while you wait for your refund to be issued. Refunds and store credit will be issued net of return costs when applicable. Unapproved items will be returned at your expense.
